Step 1

Select standard or custom panel

Choose a standard or custom cytometry panel. Both options use validated gating strategy templates as a starting point. Custom templates offer a flexible backbone, allowing modifications for specific research needs.

Step 2

Review and refine gating strategy

Examine the initial gating strategy template. Request modifications or specify additional gates before sample processing begins. For example, you can request adding a CD8 gate to NK (Natural Killer) cells at this stage.

Step 3

We gate and tailor

Teiko scientists apply your approved strategy to each sample. We manually tailor gate placements based on each sample's unique data. This contrasts with rigid cookie-cutter methods, ensuring gates accurately reflect the biology of the samples.

Step 4

Independent peer review

A second Teiko scientist independently reviews 100% of the tailored gate placements. This quality control step verifies accuracy and consistency before the gated data is presented to you for approval.

Step 5

Review and approve gated data

Once the results for each sample are gated and uploaded to the Sample Overview page on Dashboard, you'll be able to review and approve each gating scheme. If you'd like any adjustments, we'll make the changes and update your results.
