Customers can now review and provide feedback on gating directly in the Teiko Dashboard. For every batch of processed samples, customers can review cell population and functional marker gating plots, flag specific gates, and request adjustments directly in the Dashboard, creating a streamlined and collaborative gating review process.
Customers have three business days to provide feedback on gating, with multiple requests allowed before final approval. Comments can be sample-specific or project-wide, so teams can request changes to an individual sample or tailor gating across the project.
Teiko’s scientists review the feedback, update the gating schemes accordingly, and return them for customer approval. Once approved, the Dashboard is refreshed with the final data reflecting the customer-reviewed gating strategy used for analysis and reporting.
Traditional CRO gating workflows can be rigid and slow. Requesting a change often means emailing back and forth with the lab, waiting for revisions, and in some cases paying additional fees. Teiko brings that process directly into the Dashboard, where drug developers can review their cytometry data, request gating changes, and collaborate directly with our lab team. Gating can be tailored at the project or individual sample level, so the final analysis reflects the biology of each sample rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all gating scheme.
