Updated Top 100 Stats Adds Filter Feature to Give You Control Over What Matters Most

November 20, 2025

Why This Matters

Large cytometry datasets contain thousands of possible comparisons, and even with automated ranking, the next challenge is finding real signal from noise. Our updated Top 100 Stats feature gives you the control to align statistical findings directly with your study’s goals—whether that’s prioritizing review of pharmacodynamic markers, validating immune signatures, or triaging shifts tied to mechanism of action.

What’s New

Full filtering control: Narrow results by population, marker, cell frequency or expression level, magnitude, p-value, and endpoint. You no longer need to scan broad summaries—you can immediately select the biology you care about.

How It Works

Top 100 Stats still performs comprehensive comparisons across populations, markers, analysis types, and endpoints—then ranks the top 100 results by significance. With the new filters, you can hone that list of significant hits in seconds to focus on the insights that matter for your program.

The enhanced Top 100 Stats filtering tools are live in the Summary tab of the Teiko Dashboard. For teams working on cytometry analysis, this workflow provides clarity and accelerates the path to actionable interpretation.
