CDISC-Compliant Data Export Now Available on the Teiko Dashboard

February 18, 2026

Study sponsors require immunophenotyping data in CDISC Cell Phenotyping (CP) domain format for regulatory submissions. Previously, translational scientists had to manually reformat data for every submission. This was a lengthy and error-prone process.

What’s New

Our Dashboard’s Data Download page now includes a "CDISC Format" export option. Users select their data type (gated or clustered), subset level (population frequencies, functional subsets, or marker expression), and select the CDISC Format option. Teiko’s Dashboard then outputs a CSV with all 24 CDISC CP domain columns populated automatically.

The system maps each cell population to its standard CDISC test code (CPTESTCD) and builds the full marker phenotype string (CPMRKSTR). It also maps functional markers to their CDISC cell state descriptors (CPCELSTA).

CDISC CP export is live in the Teiko Dashboard for all projects with gated data. It works with mass cytometry and spectral flow cytometry panels.
